This was an assignment for Krista in her US History class. she only had one month and twelve days to live. |
Kristiana Isbell Mr. Lundburg U.S. History 23 August 2002 A Life Worth Living If I were given the knowledge that I only had three months to live I would do several different things. The first thing I would do is tell everyone that I care about, I love them and how much they mean to me; because those who are around you help you make your life worth living and sometimes people don't show it when they should. Secondly , I would do something I've wanted to for a long time. I would travel across the country in a car full of friends, because there are so many different kinds of culture and history throughout this country that I would love to experience first hand. I'd also love to travel to Spain and Germany so I could learn more about my heritage, and visit my family that I've never met before. I am not a dare devil kind of person, so I think to make my life more interesting I would do something that would put my life at risk like sky diving, bungee jumping, or going to the Bahamas and swimming with the sharks. But, the one thing that I would love to do the most and would mean so much to me is to get my art displayed in any major art gallery in the country, my artwork is everything to me and to have all my hard work and dedication displayed for all to see would be a dream come true. Over all I would like to achieve my goals, dreams, and to make memories that would last for myself, and those around me. |
